糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 layer was deposited on H13 steel by 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版(ESD) process, and the 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 and phase compositions of 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 layer were characterized by scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffractionmeter(XRD) and the alloy layer 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版was tested by a micro糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版tester. The results show that excellent metallurgical bonding between the alloy layer and the substrate was obtained by ESD. The alloy layer had an average thickness of about 35 μm. The 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 of the alloy layer was mainly composed of FeNi3, Ni3(CrFe) and C6(Co,Cr,Ni)23 phases. The micro糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版of the surface layer was 954.4 HV0.05 which was two times of 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版of the substrates.
