Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版) was ignited by the laser to synthesize Al-Ti-B master alloy,and the master alloy was used to refine ZL108 Al alloy.The influences of laser parameters on microstructure of 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版and ZL108 alloy were analyzed.The results show that master alloy with proper TiAl3 and TiB2 particles which distributed dispersively by laser parameters adjusting.When the laser illumination time was 1.0 s and the power was 1 200 W,the distribution of TiB2 was dispersing,and the average size of TiB2 was about 1 μm.The distribution of strip-shaped TiAl3 was uniform and the length was about 10 μm;the microstructure of the master alloy was fine and the refinement effect was the best with the average Al grain size of 55 μm.
