The fracture reasons of the carburized 1018 steel M3×6 crosshead self-tapping screws were found out by analyzing their chemical compositions, 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版, microstructure and fracture morphology by direct reading spectrometry, Vickers 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 tester, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the fracture mode of the screws was typical 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版, which should be due to the exceeded 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版and the core 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 being close to the upper limit of the standard range. At the same time, the fracture of the screws also showed some characteristics of 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 fracture because the higher 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版 and the exceeded 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版increased the susceptibility of the screws to 糖心产精国品免费入口*完整版. Finally, improvement measures were put forward according to the fracture reasons.
